SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping to the UK is flat rate shipping, all parcels are sent 2nd class for £3.50.
International shipping is done by weight, with shipping costs increasing based on the total weight of items. We only have pre-programmed international shipping for some countries. If you're country is not in the program, contact us at and we will add your country to our shipping system.
Mystery boxes are shipped separately and must be purchased individually as each as individual shipping.
We do offer international shipping to Europe, but not outside of Europe, currently our system contains shipping for the following countries, if you would like shipping to another European country please send me an email and I will add it to the system
Belgium, Bulgaria, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain and Sweden.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you have had a problem with your order or dislike some of your items, please contact us within 15 days of receiving the item, please include any photographs of damage or reasoning for wanting a return and refund.
For a refund or an exchange on a disliked item with no faults, a return is requested. Please note that returns for unwanted items are paid for by the customer. Once the item has been returned to us, you can either receive store credit, or a refund into your paypal account for the value of the item returned (not including shipping fee).
Returns and exchanges are only available to UK customers and shipping on exchanges is paid by the customer.
We do not offer returns or exchanges on our Mystery boxes as they are a custom item, please see our Mystery Box terms and Conditions for more details.
If an item has arrived broken we ask that you attach photos displaying the damage to our email at: within 15 days of receiving your order, we only offer refunds on broken items if it is due to a manufacturing error, or mailing damage, not due to customer damage to the item. If suitable photographs have proven the damage we can either offer store credit, an exchange for an undamaged item (if available) or a refund for the item/s via Paypal. Please note that free exchanges for damaged goods are only available to UK customers, international exchanges for damaged items need additional shipping, paid for by the customer.
