Shipping and Returns
UK shipping is a flat rate, all parcels are sent 2nd class.
Mystery boxes must be ordered separately, we reserve the right to cancel or withhold any orders of Mystery Boxes if they are ordered with other items.
Returns + Exchanges
If you have had a problem with your order, please contact us within 15 days of receiving the item, please include photographs of damage or reasoning for wanting a return and refund.
For a refund or exchange on a disliked item with no faults, a return is requested. Please note that returns for unwanted items are paid for by the customer. Once an item has been returned to us we will then refund your Paypal account for the value of the item (not including shipping fees).
Returns and exchanges are only available to UK customers and shipping on exchanges are paid by the customer.
We do not offer returns or exchanges on our Mystery Boxes, as they are a custom item. Please see our terms and conditions for more details.
If an item has arrived broken we ask that you attach photos displaying the damage to our email at: firstname.lastname@example.org within 15 days of receiving your order, we only offer refunds on broken items if it is due to a manufacturing or shipping error, not due to customer damage or incorrect use. If suitable photos have proven the damage we can offer either an exchange (if available) or a refund for the item/s via PayPal. Please note that free exchanges for damaged goods are only available to UK customers.
