Natural Rudraksha Mala Beads
This beautiful set of Mala Beads are made from natural Rudraksha. Primarily used as prayer beads in Hibdiusm, but also as malas in Nepal, India and Indonesia. How to Use Mala Beads

Mantras can also be recited as they are passed through your fingers to add an additional layer to your mala meditations.
This can be accompanied by meditative music or guided meditation as an additional assistant to deep meditation or a question focussed on to find meaning and answers within your subconscious.
